Managed by Steven Bilson, have re-established his house-lifting business to support Lismore's recovery.

Steven's building licence is 121429C, and he is a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW. Who is a highly experienced expert working in the specialised field of lifting houses since 1980 on the North Coast of NSW, which has home warranty insurance for the owner's peace of mind.
Since the late 1990s, Steven relocated into the Lismore area, servicing the residents of Richmond Valley requirements in house lifting projects. In the early 2000s, Steven Bilson successfully won the Department of Public Works contract to lift every house for the new one in ten-year flood levy for Lismore. These houses were mainly in North Lismore, which raised to a maximum of 5 metres high between ground to floor level. No timber house is too big or small that cannot be lifted with our specialised lifting equipment, with an extra option that your building can be moved on your site to maximise the best possible outcome for clients' today's needs.

Steven welcomes enquiries to support the owner/s lifting their house from the planning to the completion stage by working with the owner/s and their engineer by giving different options to minimise the overall cost for the best possible outcome.
